Abstract

This book, coordinated and written by nationally and internationally recognized authors in the field of inclusive education, it is based on a vision of systemic, multifaceted, and socially committed inclusive education, supported by years of research in the field. The book frames the development of the right to inclusive education as part of a global challenge that requires work at different levels and areas of society, involving various stakeholders and addressing diverse dynamics. This book provides both theoretical and practical keys on how to move toward the development of more inclusive education, primarily from within educational communities.

Mari Luz Fernández-Blázquez, Assistant professor at the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain)

Miembro del equipo de investigación Equidad, Diversidad y Educación Inclusiva (EQUIDEI). Centra su investigación en temas de educación inclusiva y acompaña a los centros educativos en procesos de transformación escolar con enfoques inclusivos. Ha participado en la creación y revisión de materiales y guías de apoyo para desarrollar una educación más inclusiva, con instituciones nacionales e internacionales.
