Since 2022, the acquisition of artificial intelligence (AI) resources has accelerated worldwide. In the educational field, this has led to the construction of diverse experiences regarding the access, use, and integration of these resources into the daily operations of university work. The research aims to determine the development of the integration of AI resources into undergraduate educational processes at the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo (Cochabamba Academic Branch). The results allow for identifying the ways in which these resources are approached, recognizing the regular uses of these resources and the most utilized services, defining the competencies and experiences developed from the use of these services, and outlining future perspectives regarding the integration of AI within the educational field. Among the main findings, the research revealed a limited perspective on AI, predominantly associated with chatbots (ChatGPT), a regular use of AI resources in education-related processes, and a favorable yet cautious outlook during this integration process.
